Mid term Tests and Term Tests are obligatory. Any student who
absents himself/herself except in the case of ....sickness
and the like will haveto run the risk of being detained in the
same class. Requests for re-tests will not be ....entertained
2. Answer papers of all these examinations, except that of the
annual, will be shown to the parents
3. Progress card of the Final Exam will be issued only at the
payment of Rs. 10 in advance
4. Those who secure 40% in languages and 35% in all other subjects
will be eligible to secure a rank
5. Progress cards,except that of the final, will be issued after
each evaluation
6. General proficiency certificates are awarded to the pupils
on merit basis

Outstanding 80% and above
A - Very good 70% to 79%
B+ Good 60% to 69%
B - Average 50% to 59%
C+ Fair 40% to 49%
C - Poor Below 40%

Promotion
1.
Pupils are promoted on the basis of the whole years performance. Much
importance is given to attendance and regularity work
2. Promotion is strictly based on securing the minimum pass percentage
of 40% in each subject for all the examinatuions.
3. Results of the detained or conditionally promoted or due faulters
will not be published
4. The results that are declared at the end of the final examinations
will not be recognized under any circumstances and no detained student
will be given a promoted T.C
5. A student who fails twice in the same class will have to discontinue
his studies in the school
