Parent - Teacher Association : All parents are members of the Parent-Teacher Association of the school. The aims and objectives of the association are:

a. To have better understanding of the problems of thepupils/parents/teachers and help to find solution
b. To be in close touch with pupils' progress, health, physical education, obedience to teachers, regularity in doing ....assignments, etc.
c. To arrange meetings, seminars and cultural programmes for improving the relationship between parents, pupils and ....teachers
d. To raise funds for the specific purpose of school's welfare

 
 
     


Co-Operation of the parents

1. All the efforts made by the teachers with regard to pupils improvement can bear fruit only with the co-operation of ....the parents.
2. Parents and guardians are expected to co-operate with the school authorities by enforcing regularity and discipline ....among children and helping their children to prepare their lessons and study well.
3. Parents are strongly recommended not to miss the opportunity of the parent-teacher meeting for enquiring about ....the progress of their children in studies and other aspects of school life.
5. Parents should ensure that: a. Fees is paid as per schedule.b. Children attend school in the prescribed uniform and ....with the required materials and c. Children get enough time at home for preparing their lessons and doing their ....assignments.
6. Parents are earnestly requested to sign the progress reports and similar documents whenever required. Failure of ....doing so may put their children and teacher in great in convenience, and will result in the pupil being SENT HOME ....forwhich the school disclaims all responsibility.
7. Private tuitions are discouraged. Staff members should not be compelled as private tutors for their children without ....the written permission of the principal.
8. Parents are requested to co-operater with the teachers. They are recommended to contact the teachers concerned ....occasionally, with the prior permission of the principal. Parents are not allowed to go to the classrooms and meet ....the teachers.
9. Parents are requested not to compare a child with another as the students are from different backgrounds, abilities ....and interests.
10. It is quite natural that at times children bring home complaints to their parents concerning school matters. Parents ....in such cases can bring this to the notice of the principal and the class teacher before coming to any hasty ....conclusions.
11. It is upto the parents to bring to the attention of the Principal and teachers if their children have habits or traits of .... character or any other matters that need special care and attention.
12. Parents are requested to check the school diary on all working days.
13. All payments should be made to the office and receipts should be obtained and retained by the parents.
14. Parents should instruct their helpers who accompany their children not to wander inside school premises.
15. If the children are to be taken home after the class with the persons other than their parents or guardians, identity .. ..of such person should be ascertained to the class-in-charge with authorization letter.
16. No child will be sent home through a person, even though related, if his identity is not known before
